I was lucky enough to be born into a family that believed hunting was not just a hobby but also a tradition and a way of life. I first followed my father into the woods at the age of eight. Watching him be a successful hunter gave me the passion and drive to learn everything I could from him and become not just a hunter but also a conservationist. Since then I have chased any game species that I have been lucky enough have the opportunity to harvest. My main passion is feathers, Waterfowl and Turkey. There is nothing better then having Ducks cup in on a cold morning or hearing the thunder of a massive gobbler on the roost. My passion for the outdoors followed me through my formal education receiving degrees in Wildlife Management and Renewable Resources.

I belong to and help with many non for profit conservation organizations such as Safari Club International, Ducks Unlimited and the Wounded Warrior Project. I also am the president of the Madison County Strutters a Chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation and  a member of the prestigious Mossy Oak Pro Staff as well a PSE Archery Shooting Staff.
