Ken Hammel

Ken Hammel

Ken Hammel was born in Altoona, PA and is the owner of Mountain Hollow Game
Calls, Inc. He is also a member of the prestigious Mossy oak and Browning Pro Staff. He has
been hunting for over thirty years and has spent many hours in the woods learning the ways
of the Wild Turkey. When spring time rolls around and the turkey woods come to life, Ken
looks forward to introducing young hunters to calling and harvesting a gobbler of their own.
Ken has also been a whitetail hunting fanatic since the age of twelve. He has thirty three years
of experience hunting the North American Whitetail Deer, and in fact in ten consecutive deer
seasons he harvested bucks scoring 130 to 189 7/8 inches on the Boone and Crocket Gross
Scale. Ken is a nationally known caller and hunter, and has hunted in seventeen different states
and multiple Canadian Provinces. Ken had been fortunate enough in his hunting endeavors to
harvest three Giant Whitetails scoring over 170 inches of antler, all on public land where anyone
can hunt. Kens passion for the outdoors has driven him to the success he has had throughout his
years of hunting.
